2014: Tucson Fashion Week’s Industry Icon

Joey showcased a retrospective fashion show featuring a chronological overview of his various collections to date.

2005-2015: SVP of Men’s Design at Tommy Bahama

Joey led the men’s design team, which was responsible for the product that represents the majority of company sales, over 80% of company sales. Joey was been instrumental in helping to re-position the brand to attract a younger customer and leverage the momentum of their current successes to ensure long-term growth. Joey was also responsible for launching the “Relax” Collection by Tommy Bahama which continues to be a huge success for the company.

2004-2005: VP of Design at Callaway Golf

Joey Rodolfo and Richard C. Helmstetter, founder and inventor of the Big Bertha, created the Callaway Golf X-series apparel and helped introduce the collection worldwide.

1997-2004: Founder of Double R Corp

Double R Corp. is a luxury men’s and women’s Sports Wear Company best-known for outfitting the 2001 Ryder Cup and brands JR 1879 and Resort Two.

These shirts have are recognizable from a special design detail: a special three-hole button with the name of the collection. Double R Corp has outfitted players of the USB Warburg Cup, several female golfers, Lee Westwood, and 2001 Ryder Cup featuring Tiger Woods.

1989-1997: Co Founder and SVP Design at Cutter & Buck

Cutter & Buck emerged as a premier sportswear line supporting the tradition of golf in America. The design philosophy combines the inspiration of the golf lifestyle with Pacific Northwest roots. The brand is known for strong clear colors, natural fiber fabrications, attention to detail, innovative trims, and specialized printing and embroidery.

1987-1989: Co Founder and SVP Design at Bench Co Ltd.

Bench Co Ltd is a men’s and women’s contemporary sportswear line. The vision was to develop a product line that delivers exceptional fabrication and meticulous design details.

1984-1987: Men’s Design Director at Unionbay Sportswear

Joey Rodolfo was recruited to become the Men’s Design Director for the newly formed Unionbay Sportswear Company in Seattle and was instrumental in developing the company’s original product positioning which led to a very fast sales trajectory facilitated by great product.

1980-1984: Director of Men’s Design for Catalina Swimwear

Catalina Swimwear is one of the oldest clothing manufacturers in California. It started in 1907 and was the premier women’s swimwear at the time.

Joey Rodolfo is on the University of Arizona Foundation Board of Directors, as well as the Eller College Board of his Alma Mater.
